Summary

About The Role

This is an exciting role for someone that is passionate about supporting residents to have a stable home. The post holder will support Rough Sleepers to move off the street, into private rented accommodation, and other suitable properties.

You will ensure all private rented sector accommodation procured is of the size, type and location required by prospective applicants, complies with all health and safety & planning regulations and is appropriate for the clients.

Tenancy sustainment is priority for this role, the post holder will support the clients to engage with relevant services, and avoid a return to rough sleeping.

This is a fixed term role, with the potential for extension, subject to funding and business need. The role is flexible, with home working and some days in the office, according to business need.
