Job Summary:
DanDan London Bridge is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support our finance operations at our busy central London location. This role is ideal for a finance graduate or early-career accounting professional who is confident with invoice processing, reconciliations, and general administrative tasks in a dynamic hospitality setting.
You will work closely with our finance lead and front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth day-to-day financial record keeping and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting for DanDan London Bridge, including gathering data from internal departments such as the kitchen, front of house, and external suppliers.
Maintain up-to-date financial records related to restaurant operations, including inventory tracking, cost of goods, payroll, and supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of financial documentation.
Support audit preparation, perform control account reconciliations, and assist with tax-related reporting specific to the hospitality industry and DanDan's operating structure.
Monitor financial activities to identify and prevent discrepancies or unusual transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Use financial software and digital tools to deliver accurate and timely financial reports while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Assist in analysing financial data to support pricing strategies for menu development, seasonal promotions, and other sales activities aimed at maximising profitability.
Strong written and spoken English required; Mandarin language ability is also essential for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers and internal team coordination.
