Diversity and Inclusion in applications

We actively encourage applications from individuals who possess lived experience of Child to Parent Abuse or other manifestations of family abuse. We recognize the unique insights and perspectives that such personal understanding can bring to our work and believe it is invaluable in furthering our mission.
Furthermore, we are deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment within our organization. We strongly welcome applications from individuals who identify as being from backgrounds that are currently underrepresented within the charity sector. This commitment stems from our conviction that a wide range of voices and experiences is essential for effective problem-solving, innovation, and the successful delivery of our
services to the community.
We believe that by proactively seeking and embracing diversity in its broadest sense, we can strengthen our team, enhance our impact, and better serve the individuals and families we aim to support. All applications will be given full and fair consideration based on merit and suitability for the role.
