If you are a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager looking to progress your career, then this could be the role for you! We are recruiting for a Deputy Care Manager at our CQC registered service in Selly Park, Birmingham.

As a Deputy Care Manager, you will support the Registered Care Manager in providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals. Your responsibilities include 15 hours of direct support as a Support Worker and 22.5 office hours for staff management tasks, such as creating rotas and mentoring Support Workers.

About this service & requirements for the role:

6-bed home, 6 people supported
Supports individuals with complex needs, including mobility impairment, learning disabilities and sensory losses.
Full UK manual licence essential- as we have company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
Prior experience of working in a Social Care setting such as Community/Residential/Supported Living is essential.
Knowledge of multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities is desirable.
