Then look no further, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Youth Practitioners to drive forward our 0-25 Family Health Service Model and support our Community Resilience and building Community Capacity agenda. Our Youth Practitioners will play a key role in supporting our children and young people to reach their potential. HDFT are committed to providing a high quality, safe and effective service. Directed by the values and behaviours expected by HDFT, this interesting and varied role would be suitable for experienced practitioners educated to Degree or NVQ Level in Youth Work or equivalent. There are a full-time post (37.5) The successful candidate will be working in the Sedgefield area of the county. Access to personal transport is essential.
