Summary
To work in partnership with the Registered Nurses and MDT in delivering care to patients Admit patients On-going care and observation of patients on department Organise and assist in the transfer of patients for diagnostics and or in patient ward moves Perform clinical observations, document and report to RN. Perform venepuncture and cannulation Wound care Perform ECGs Fluid balance monitoring, documenting and reporting Document care using Trust approved care plansMeet the holistic needs of the patient and escalates appropriately.
