Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities and programs.
Assess and monitor children's progress and development using observation and documentation.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home and in the community.
Work as part of a team to enhance the quality of early years education and care.
Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay informed on best practices in early childhood education.
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
Experience working with young children in a childcare, preschool, or similar setting.
Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
Demonstrated skills in planning and implementing educational activities.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Pay Per Hour: £19.92
