Waterlillie Clark Ltd, based in Plympton, Plymouth, is a professional garden maintenance and landscaping company serving the South West. We operate two gardening teams, a landscaping team, and offer in-house design and project management services.
Job Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled, self-motivated gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate should be ready to contribute immediately, with experience in amenity horticulture and plant knowledge at RHS Level 2 or above. While qualifications are valued, relevant experience is equally important.
Requirements
PA1 and PA6a spraying licenses and a chainsaw license are desirable (training available).
Landscaping experience is a plus.
A full, clean driving license is essential.
A full enhanced DBS check may be required.
Role Overview
You’ll maintain clients' gardens with tasks such as grass cutting, weeding, hedge trimming, pruning, and assisting on landscaping projects.
Details
Hours: Full-time, 07:30–16.30
Salary: Starting at £25,296.80 (dependent on experience), with a 6-month probationary period.
Company pension eligibility after 3 months.
