Summary
The Exec Admin team is a high-performing, established group of Admin professionals supporting Board level executives and includes the Corporate Admin Support Team (CAST).
We have an exciting, challenging PA role working as part of our Corporate Exec Admin team, to provide support to the Chief Nursing Officer and Deputy. This is a full-time role.The Exec Admin team work hybrid on a planned rota basis. However, flexibility to come into the office, sometimes at short notice, is essential.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated, team player with excellent communication, keyboard and MS Office skills. The candidate will have experience of working with the NHS or other large organisation, providing PA support at senior level.
The PA will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to an executive or executives from within the Executive Group. The role will support the allocated directorate leader, ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and sensitivity.
The PAs work as an integral part of the RDaSH Executive Admin Team as part of Corporate Assurance Directorate, ensuring PA support services, processes and procedures are provided and carried out in the most efficient, effective and consistent way to the overall Executive Group.
As an experienced Admin professional with at least four years’ secretarial experience, the PA is required to work to high standards in all aspects of work, adherence to RDaSH house-style in document production, grammar, spelling and formatting in all communications.
The ideal candidate is a team player, highly organised, proactive, discreet, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
