Summary
Are you physically fit, hands-on, and looking for a long-term opportunity in a growing industry?
We’re looking for Recycling Operatives to join a well-established recycling company in Grantham, with temporary-to-permanent roles available for the right candidates.
We have the following shifts available:
• Nights: Monday to Friday 22:00-06:00 with every third Saturday.
• Afternoons: Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00 with every third Saturday.
As a Recycling Operative, you’ll play a vital part in processing large household appliances such as fridges, washing machines, cookers, and more.
You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient manual handling, dismantling, and sorting of white goods, ensuring materials are prepared for reuse or recycling.
What you'll need:
• Good physical strength and stamina – manual handling is a key part of this role
• A safety-conscious attitude
• Team player with a positive, can-do approach
• Reliability and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a warehouse or recycling environment is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
