About the Role
We’re looking for a committed Production Operative to join our Operations team in Runcorn. In this hands-on role, you’ll be vital to preparing items for secure destruction or for repair, refurbishment and re-sale, helping us deliver an outstanding service to our customers and reduce e-waste impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Take delivery of goods and check for damaged or missing items
-Process and asset items in line with company procedures and stock grading
-Accurately input stock and inventory data into our systems
-Move stock safely using manual handling equipment and trolleys
-Maintain clear and up-to-date records and complete stock counts as required
-Keep all paperwork accurate and current
-Operate safely, complying with all health, safety and environmental standards
-Keep work areas clean and tidy, suggesting improvements to aid efficiency
About You
-Experience of working well within a team environment
-Strong attention to detail with good numeracy and communication skills
-Ability to work methodically and accurately, even under pressure
-Good understanding of manual handling and health and safety requirements
-Flexible, reliable and committed to meeting productivity targets
