Summary
Job Title: Fabrication Team Leader
Pay: Circa ?40,000
Location: Coventry
Shift: Monday to Thursday 07:15-16:30, Friday 07:15-12:15 (flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities
. Lead and motivate the fabrication team to meet production targets.
. Train and develop team members in welding and safety standards.
. Allocate labour based on project needs and ensure smooth workflow.
. Monitor project progress and resolve production issues.
. Ensure compliance with technical drawings and quality standards.
. Implement Lean, TPM, and 5S/6S manufacturing techniques.
. Promote a safety culture and conduct regular safety checks.

Requirements
. Proven leadership experience in fabrication or welding.
. Strong knowledge of MIG/TIG welding and engineering drawings.
. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
. Hands-on leadership style with effective communication.
. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
. Experience in regulated sectors (Aerospace/Defence) is a plus.
. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and ISO/IATF standards.
