We're looking for a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales function. If you're passionate about uncovering new business opportunities and enjoy speaking to decision-makers to generate qualified appointments, this role could be a great fit.

You'll be focused on identifying and connecting with businesses in the ecommerce, fulfilment, distribution, and manufacturing sectors, organisations that rely on flexible labour solutions to navigate peak periods and seasonal demand.

Key Responsibilities
. Conduct outbound telesales activity to identify potential users of temporary staffing and permanent recruitment services
. Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to generate high-quality sales appointments for our Business Development team
. Research and qualify prospective businesses within our target markets
. Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline of leads using our CRM system
. Collaborate with regional sales and operations teams to ensure a joined-up approach to new client engagement
. Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs relating to calls, conversations, and appointments booked


What We're Looking For
. Proven telesales, outbound calling, or lead generation experience (preferably B2B)
. Confidence in making high volumes of outbound calls and speaking with senior-level contacts
. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a bias for action
. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
. An understanding of temporary staffing and recruitment (desirable but not essential)
. Knowledge or interest in the ecommerce, manufacturing, or logistics sectors is a plus
