Stirling Council is seeking to recruit a shift leader within its Community Safety Enforcement Team, forming part of Regulatory Services.

The role is the operational supervision of a small team of Enforcement Officers on one of the three enforcement sub teams. The Enforcement team undertake a wide range of duties including decriminalised parking and environmental crime enforcement and manage elements of the Council’s on and off street parking provision.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to be involved in a wide range of enforcement activities and providing first line supervision to a team of officers. Working across a rotating shift pattern across a 7 day period the post is varied and rewarding. The post attracts a shift allowance (on top of the basic salary) for working and the shift pattern will be made available to candidates invited to interview.

We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking individual who is eager to make a positive impact on day to day activities in the service whilst also providing a high level of service to the communities across Stirling.

You should have experience in working in a similar environment and be able to demonstrate your skills in a related field of work. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a public sector environment.

Interviews are scheduled to take place in person at our offices in Stirling and have been scheduled to occur week commencing 11th August 2025.
