In this varied and fast-paced Senior Care Assistant role you’ll help lead, motivate and support colleagues using your knowledge and expertise to role model excellent standards of care. You’ll enjoy building positive relationships with colleagues, residents and their families and share our commitment to creating an inclusive culture, where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Take a look at our Candidate Pack for more information about the role, team and our values. The section ‘About you’ explains what specific knowledge, skills and experience we want you to tell us about.
