Summary

We’re looking for a flexible and compassionate adviser to join our team, working across both our community-based outreach and Adviceline telephone services. This “floating” role plays a vital part in helping people across Greater Manchester access timely, quality advice, whether face-to-face in local venues or over the phone through our Adviceline triage system.

We’re particularly keen to hear from trained generalist advisers who can confidently support clients across multiple enquiry areas and service channels. However, we also welcome applications from individuals with strong transferable skills and the motivation to train into the role.

This is a mobile role, so a willingness and ability to travel across Greater Manchester is essential.
