Strong communication, organisational and time management skills, with a keen ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Experienceand interestin working withadults with severe mental health conditions, utilising a range of therapeutic approaches. An interest in group interventionsand developing skills in managinggroups dynamicsor relational processes. Ability and/ or willingnessto integrate a range of therapeutic models into your practice and development of the group psychology offers. A strong passion for service development and team support is essential.
