Our Teaching and Learning Manager is the role for you. As our Teaching and Learning Manager for Media, IT, Art & Performing Art, you will work collaboratively with your highly motivated and vibrant team to design, develop, manage and review programmes in the curriculum area, ensuring student needs are met through inclusive high quality learning and provision. The work you do with your team will ensure that the student journey at the Crawley College is the best it can possibly be and give the students a learning experience they will remember. As a Teaching and Learning Manager, you will also have a positive impact on staff within your curriculum team. You will support staff to enhance and improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment by coaching and providing advice, whilst encouraging and supporting risk taking and innovation. Although primarily a management position, the Teaching and Learning Manager role requires you to teach 3 hours per week, which will enable you to lead by example and ensure you are able to continue your teaching directly with students that inspired you to start your teaching career in the first place. Our Teaching and Learning Manager will hold a full teaching qualification and an Assessor Award. You will bring a wealth of teaching experience from the Further Education sector and be able to demonstrate up-to-date teaching methodologies.
