Summary
Rikama Education is working with a secondary school in Greenwich to recruit a strong and experienced Psychology Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025.
This position is initially fixed-term for the academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role:
We're specifically looking for a confident, capable teacher who can hit the ground running. Ideally, you will not be a trainee or ECT, and will have a solid track record of delivering Psychology up to Key Stage 5.
Experience with IB Psychology would be a strong advantage, though it's not essential.

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

- Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons that meet curriculum standards
- Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential
- Assess and provide feedback to support academic development
- Work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents/carers
