Warehouse Operative
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Shift: Monday-Friday, 05:00-14:00 or 13:00-22:00
Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
Contract: Ongoing, Long-Term Work
Igloo is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client in Crawley. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, labelling, and loading vehicles to ensure orders go out accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced, ongoing temporary role with full-time hours and immediate starts available.
The Role:
Picking, packing, goods-in and loading vehicles
Using MHE (Material Handling Equipment) where trained
Processing customer orders to required standards
Liaising with the customer service team regarding order issues
Handling returns and stock replenishment
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Adhering to health & safety and manual handling guidelines
Occasionally covering delivery driving (if licence held)
The Person:
Full UK driving licence
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Physically fit and confident with manual handling
A strong team player with good communication skills
Health & safety awareness (hazardous materials handling knowledge an advantage)
