Summary
We have an amazing opportunity for a Retail Store Manager based in Glasgow City Centre!
The Best Connection are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Manager to join a team based in Glasgow on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role will include: Being responsible for a team of 5/6 people. Conducting team meetings & delegating tasks. Updating weekly Rotas. Dealing with Sickness Holidays, Payroll and ad hoc issues. Supporting staff with customer queries. Liaising with Site managers on the above. Overseeing the overall running of the shop store. For this role you must have: Previous Retail and/or Manager experience. Must be able to work full shift patterns. Happy to do lone working. Retail sales: 3 years (required) Shifts: Store opening times are 9am to 6pm. Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week. 4 or 5 days a week including the majority of Saturdays and peak sale periods.
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
