Could you be the Team Administrator we are looking for? Do you have proven administrative and communications skills and would like to be part of delivering an efficient customer-focused service to our clinical team, service users and carers?
The North Oxfordshire Learning Disabilities Team is looking for an administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team.
We are passionate about what we do, delivering our service to people with Learning Disabilities in Oxfordshire. You'll be joining a small, highly valued administration team working as part of the wider community multi-disciplinary team that is supportive and committed to delivering a high quality, person-centred service. Regular supervision will be provided and you will be encouraged and supported to undertake any training relevant to your professional and personal development.
We are a Monday to Friday 9-5pm service. We work both from our Hub offices in Oxford and Abingdon and from home, so a mix of office and home working will be required.

Main duties of the job- Administrating referrals for patients
- Keeping the electronic patient records and data spreadsheets accurately maintained
- Communicating with stakeholders, processing complex and sensitive communications ensuring information is shared with the team in a timely manner and responding to queries from the clinical team regarding core functions of administration
- Produce correspondence, organise and attend meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes and produce audit reports
- Support clinicians directly by minute taking at case reviews meetings and organising patient appointments
