Summary
We are looking for experienced and versatile General Builders to join our growing team. This is a permanent position ideal for individuals with strong DIY skills and a broad knowledge of general maintenance and building work.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of internal and external maintenance tasks across various sites, helping to keep our properties in top condition.
General Builders – Skilled DIY & Maintenance Work
Salary: From £35,000.00 per annum
Location: Luton
Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Performing skilled general maintenance and repair work

Carpentry, plastering, painting & decorating

Minor plumbing and electrical tasks

Groundwork, paving, fencing, and other outdoor maintenance

Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Diagnosing issues and taking initiative to resolve them
Requirements:-
Proven experience in general building, maintenance, or skilled DIY

Strong practical knowledge across a range of trades

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

A valid UK driving licence (preferred)
