We are seeking a Commercial Lettings Assistant to join their busy team in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property experience or a strong administrative background looking to grow within the commercial property sector.
Commercial Lettings Assistant Role:
As a Commercial Lettings Assistant, you will support the lettings and estates team with key administrative and coordination tasks. You will liaise with tenants, assist with the lettings process, and ensure smooth communication between internal departments and stakeholders.
Commercial Lettings Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the day-to-day management of commercial lettings across industrial estates and retail sites

Supporting lease agreements, renewals, and tenancy administration

Communicating with tenants and agents to coordinate viewings and updates

Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and property databases

Supporting the preparation of lettings documents and reports

Liaising with facilities, legal, and finance teams as needed

Strong administrative experience, ideally within property, legal, or commercial environments

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confident in using Microsoft Office and property management systems

Previous experience working in a commercial or industrial property setting
