Are you looking for an innovative role in a multidisciplinary team? This fantastic opportunity awaits a dynamic, motivated Occupational Therapist looking to develop clinical, operational and leadership skills.
Responsible for providing specialised Occupational Therapy (OT) service
to patients treated within RFH services in the given clinical area. This
requires working under guidance and incorporating evidence-based
practice (EBP) in the management of patient care.
Clinically supervises and guides the professional work of less experienced
Therapy staff and students as appropriate, while complying with
professional and departmental standards of practice.
Assist in operational issues in the absence of the Therapy Team Leader.
Participates in a nine monthly rotational scheme across the following
areas:
Vascular and Amputees
Trauma and Orthopaedics
Hand Therapy
Health Services for Older People
Rapid Response / A&E
Acute Stroke and Neurology
Complex Medicine
