About the Company:
We are a well-established manufacturer of high-quality food labels based in Mansfield. Due to ongoing growth and continued demand, we are currently looking to recruit a dedicated Night Shift Operative to join our dynamic and supportive team on a permanent basis.

Role Overview:
As a Night Shift Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our night operations. Working within a warehouse/manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for supporting the production and distribution of food labels, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and package finished goods in preparation for dispatch
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
Follow all company health and safety procedures and guidelines
Work effectively as part of a small, focused night team

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing operative role
- Comfortable working static night shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
