Summary

HAP Coordinator



Nicholas House, St Albans, Herts



Permanent, part time (18 hpw), Three days a week 6 hrs



Pay £13.21 per hour (salary £25,838 per annum (pro rata)), and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a HAP Coordinator



  • To support customers in completing their HAP modules in particular sustaining a tenancy.

  • Customer group Parent and Child service.

  • Weekly HAP appointment with individual customers.

  • Register all new customers onto HAP

  • Ensure customers complete 3 modules during their stay.

  • Written and communication skills need to top notch. From typing and talking, you will do it all.

  • Curiosity and motivation will set you up to be a self-starter. Your solution focused to get the best results for all.

  • Passion and a can-do approach to help our customers make positive and lasting changes to their lives.

  • Confident in ‘selling’ the benefits of the programme to improve customers skills and knowledge.

  • You will be delivering training and offering support to front line colleagues giving them all the tools and confidence they need for this to be a success.

  • An eye for detail to quality assure the information you receive.


Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role.  This remains under regular review.

  • We’re open to agreeing a work pattern with you

  • Manage own diary

  • Able to use technology for inputting data for our HAP programme.

  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
