Summary
Role: 7.5 TONNE Driver
Location: Dartford, Kent
Hours: 6:30am to 3pm - Monday to Friday - less 30 minute break deduction
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Extrastaff are currently recruiting an 7.5 TONNE Driver to work for our manufacturing client based in Dartford, Kent.
Benefits for 7.5 TONNE Driver:
- Temp to perm
- Weekly pay (whilst working through the agency)
- Paid PAYE - no umbrella companies
- Use of company temp APP
- Paid minimum 40 hours per week
7.5 TONNE Driver Duties:
- Multi-drop deliveries of glazed windows and doors
- Goods unloaded by onsite operatives or via forklift or crane
- 2 to 3 runs per day
- Completion of paperwork
- Occasional Saturday work (very rarely) paid at overtime rate of £21.75 per hour
- Assist in the warehouse when required (light duties)
Requirements for 7.5 TONNE Driver:
- 7.5 TONNE licence (C1 category) - max 6 points on licence
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Good customer service & communication skills
- Reliability
- Minimum 3 months experience
