Summary

Children’s Social Care are recruiting to a part time Team Coordinator who provides a high quality, efficient and responsive business support to multidisciplined Social Worker Teams. Team Coordinators are actively involved in day to day administrative support, excellent organisational skills are required, an ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting demands whilst meeting deadlines. You must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, have experience of working in a busy environment.
Responsibilities of a Team Coordinator include arranging complex meetings, minute taking, processing request for services, financial payments, updating information on Liquidlogic.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience is essential, you must have excellent IT experience, the role can be emotionally demanding and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Team Coordinator position is available:
West Locality – Kenworthy House -16 hours, part time permanent.
