Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman to start as soon as possible to join a Damp and Mould team on a social housing scheme in South Birmingham.
Role details:
The position involves working on a range of tasks, including:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance
- Taking off and replacing guttering
- Lat and Felt small areas
- Plaster patching
- Refitting skirting boards
- Pointing brickwork
Key information:
- £22 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 12-week contract with the potential to go temp to perm
- Van provided
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Multi Trade role
- experience in drainage required
- Maximum of 5 points on driving licence
- Own tools
- Preferably with experience in social housing
- Able to provide 2 work references
