Based at Stanton Farm in Cambridge, we grow and supply fresh produce to communities across the UK via direct delivery, retail outlets, and festival stalls. The Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Farm Hand to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role working directly on the farm to help with the growing, harvesting, and packing of fresh produce. The job is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and takes pride in practical work.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with planting, watering, and crop maintenance
Harvesting crops such as maize, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, and groundnuts
Sorting, washing, and packing produce for delivery and sale
General farm maintenance and keeping the site clean and tidy
Loading and unloading goods and assisting with deliveries when needed
Supporting the team during busy harvest periods and market days
Requirements
Physically fit and able to perform manual work in all weather conditions
Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Able to work well both independently and as part of a small team
Experience in farming or horticulture is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
