Are you a passionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to focus on what you do best—delivering gold-standard dental care for pets?

Our client, a proudly independent and innovative small animal dental practice, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Dental Surgeon to join their mission-driven team in a popular, well-connected area of Bristol.

About the Practice
This is a 100% dedicated first-opinion dental practice, committed to transforming pet dentistry from a costly side line to an affordable, essential part of everyday pet healthcare. Led by a passionate co-founder and clinical team, the practice delivers high-quality, affordable dental care to dogs and cats, tackling the nation’s number one pet health issue: dental disease.

What Makes Them Different?
• 100% focus on dentistry: No general practice distractions—just better care and better outcomes.
• High volume of quality dental procedures: Averaging 4+ dental cases per day, including hygiene and surgical procedures.
• Empowered RVN team: Two confident and proactive Registered Veterinary Nurses working to full Schedule 3 potential, including scale and polish.
• Client education and prevention: Preventative care programs and regular teeth-brushing classes for pet owners.
• Professional development: Clear clinical development pathways, with a culture built on collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement—not corporate KPIs.

The Role
• Position: Full-time Veterinary Dental Surgeon (permanent, sole charge)
• Hours: 40 hours/week (choose from 5 x 8-hour days or 4 x 10-hour days)
• Schedule: No weekends, no OOH
• Support: Strong RVN support and a forward-thinking clinical culture
• Focus: 100% first-opinion dentistry, with the opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of gold-standard care
