We are looking for a Membershp Insight Analyst to join our Acquisitions department.
The Membershp Insight Analyst is responsible for delivering business intelligence across all UK Support Office teams as well as providing ad-hoc support to club teams through analysis and reporting.
The Role
-Deliver and maintain Power BI dashboards, automating key reports to drive efficiency.
-Analyse sales, acquisition, retention, and churn using Dynamics 365 CRM data.
-Create ad-hoc SQL queries to support membership and performance insights.
-Evaluate the performance of our mobile app and loyalty programme, including ROI analysis.
-Forecast sales and retention trends to guide strategic planning.
-Support CRM campaigns through segmentation and A/B testing analysis.
-Monitor and report on sales team performance and commission structures.
-Investigate and report on member debt trends and potential fraud.
-Assist with UAT for Dynamics 365 changes and offer technical Excel support.
-Help stakeholders interpret data with clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience
-3 years' experience in an analytics role
-Degree in a related field (desirable)
-SQL experience is required, comfortable working with databases
-Experience working with Power BI is essential
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills
-Google Analytics experience desirable
-Dynamics 365 CRM experience desirable
-Excellent attention to detail skills
-Great time management and organisation skills
-Able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across territories
