CONTRACTED HOURS
We are seeking a dedicated domiciliary Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in their own home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a willingness to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Utilise IT systems to update patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Provide support with daily living activities and personal care
- Ensure the comfort and dignity of patients at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a care home or home care environment
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to drive is essential for this role
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different care scenarios
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.82-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
