Main Duties
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated early years professionals
• Ensure a caring, stimulating environment where children can thrive
• Build trusting relationships with parents and families
• Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and curriculum delivery
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine love for early childhood development
• Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills
• A big heart an open mind and a clear vision
