The Role

As the Hospitality and Retail Manager, you will take ownership of delivering first-class hospitality and retail services across our site in Cambridge. This is a fast-paced and exciting role that requires an inspirational leader with commercial acumen and a strong focus on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of all hospitality and retail operations on site.

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability.

  • Implement and maintain high standards in health, safety, and food hygiene compliance.

  • Innovate and enhance service offerings to meet client expectations and market trends.

  • Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all hospitality and retail matters.

About You

We’re looking for a passionate, proactive leader with:

  • Previous experience in hospitality and/or retail management, ideally within a contract catering environment.

  • Strong people management skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Financial awareness and the ability to deliver against budgets.

  • A customer-first mindset with a flair for creating memorable experiences.
