As the Hospitality and Retail Manager, you will take ownership of delivering first-class hospitality and retail services across our site in Cambridge. This is a fast-paced and exciting role that requires an inspirational leader with commercial acumen and a strong focus on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of all hospitality and retail operations on site.
Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability.
Implement and maintain high standards in health, safety, and food hygiene compliance.
Innovate and enhance service offerings to meet client expectations and market trends.
Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all hospitality and retail matters.
We’re looking for a passionate, proactive leader with:
Previous experience in hospitality and/or retail management, ideally within a contract catering environment.
Strong people management skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Financial awareness and the ability to deliver against budgets.
A customer-first mindset with a flair for creating memorable experiences.
