TeacherActive is excited to be working with a mainstream secondary school based in Ellesmere Port. The school is dynamic and has a strong sense of achievement for its students. This is a fantastic opportunity for an English Teacher to be part of a school rated ‘GOOD’ by OFSTED with a passionate team that enables its students to develop and achieve their goals.
The Head Teacher is seeking a driven English Teacher on a Long-Term basis until the end of the academic year. This would lead to a permanent position for the right English Teacher. The successful candidate will be able to work across Key Stage 3 - Key Stage 5, including exam preparation for GCSE’s. The role will be geared towards helping students achieve well in Exam results and enjoying the subject of English.
The successful English Teacher will have:
- QTS with English specialism (ECT’s are welcome to apply)
- Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 5 / KS5
- Excellent classroom management
