Hybrid – 2 days per week in our Solihull, Hook or London office Permanent, Full Time
Salary –£35,000-£40,000 dependent on experience per annum

Are you passionate about data accuracy, process improvement, and HR systems excellence?

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and driven Senior HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic People Operations function. As a key subject matter expert (SME), you’ll support the HRIS Manager in managing HR data processes, improving service delivery, and ensuring data integrity across our core systems.

You’ll act as a key bridge between BAU and project teams, leading data and system initiatives, enhancing operational performance, and helping shape the future of HR services across our business.

As part of this you will:
· Serve as an SME for HRIS data processes and core HR systems.
· Manage and review service tickets, balancing workload by volume and priority.
· Drive improvements to HRIS services, processes, and customer experience.
· Monitor and ensure delivery of KPIs and SLAs across onshore and offshore teams.
· Support coordination of project and BAU activities within the HR Data and HRIS teams.
· Act as liaison with business units to understand service needs and escalate as appropriate.
· Provide guidance and impact analysis for changes affecting organisational and people data.
· Lead the transition of system and process changes from project to operational teams.
· Own and maintain data governance documentation, including Local Work Instructions (LWIs).
· Ensure HR data transactions are accurate and interface effectively across all connected systems.
· Oversee HRIS support for major HR events (e.g., TUPE transfers, annual leave renewals, pay reviews).
· Identify knowledge gaps and lead training sessions to upskill the team.
· Handle escalations, complaints, and support wellbeing of team members.
· Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.

What you’ll need to do the role:

Essential Experience and Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM and EIC (CRM).
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS data flow across complex organisational structures.
- Good operational HR knowledge and understanding of employment law.
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A commercial and customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead change across teams.


Desirable:

- Experience with other ERP platforms.
- Exposure to multinational or matrixed business environments.
- Previous experience in an HR Shared Services or Centre of Excellence (CoE) environment.
