Collaborate with internal support teams, including Safeguarding, Inclusive Learning and tutorial staff.
Maintain accurate and confidential records using systems such as CPOMS and E-Tracker.
Refer students internally and externally as appropriate, including contributing to multi-agency meetings.

Support mental health awareness events, enrichment activities, and proactive campaigns across the college.
Provide advice and training to staff to support an inclusive learning environment.
Stay up to date with best practice and developments in mental health policy and student support.
Promote and uphold the student code of conduct in shared college spaces.
