Summary
We’re looking for experienced bar staff and waiters to join our vibrant team at The Ritz Showbar & Restaurant - a new bar, restaurant, and function suite in Hull! If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and want to be part of a dynamic, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Handle customer queries and requests with a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar/waiting area
• Assist with event set-up and service in the function suite
• Uphold high standards in the workplace
Requirements:
• Preferably 2 years’ experience working as bar staff or waiter in a busy bar or restaurant
• Personal license holders preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and food service
• A friendly and engaging personality, with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy times as well as working well in a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and events
