Your new opportunity
Quarriers Paisley & Johnstone Supported Living Service is recruiting 2x part time Support Worker's. We are on the lookout for people who are committed to providing person centred care and who thrive helping individuals with complex needs live fuller happy lives.
As a Support Worker at Quarriers you will build long lasting trusting relationships with the people we support and align our organisational values and mission to all you do. You will assist people on a 1:2:1 basis in their daily lives, helping them cook, clean and take part in activities and hobbies they love to enjoy. Personal care will be involved and promoting independence while striving towards the goals and ambitions of each person.
Working pattern: We have 2x part time, permanent opportunities offering 25 hour contracts per week. Flexibility is essential as shifts will vary based on support that is deliver 24 hours 7 days per week to meet the needs of others. Weekends, evening and sleepover shifts will apply based on team rota.
What you will need to be considered

- Good IT & communication skills.
- Driving licence is desired to support people in their own vehicle.
