Are you looking for a cleaner role with a key holding responsibility? Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced cleaner immediately who is looking for a temp to perm opportunity. Based in Durham, DH1 post code area

This role is starting ASAP

• Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
  
• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 17:00pm till 20:00pm
  
• Role involves being a key holder

    Main Duties

    • Will have the responsibility to be a key holder
      
    • Ensure that all areas of the building are cleaned on time to the standards and specification,
      
    • Cleaning in a medical building
      
    • Sweeping, mopping, hoovering, changing/emptying the bins
      

      Experience/Skills

      • Cleaning experience
        
      • Reliable and trusthworthy
        
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
        
      • Ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate effective problem solving
        

        If you have cleaning experience based as housekeeper, janitor, office cleaner. Also if you have done a key holder cleaner role.
