The award-winning show sells out within hours each year and welcomes over 170,000 guests to its 30-acre magical forest each season, including the likes of Elton John and members of the Royal Family.
Guests journey through a theatrical world, passing through five uniquely themed, interactive performances that blend storytelling, character interaction, and festive wonder. This 4.5 hour live, walk-through adventure offers families an unforgettable experience.
The Role
Retail Assistants support the day-to-day operations of a retail store, helping to create a positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves a combination of customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and general store maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers; provide product info and resolve issues
Upsell, promote offers, and meet sales goals
Process transactions accurately using POS and handle cash/card payments
Restock, rotate, and audit inventory; maintain tidy, appealing displays
Follow health, safety, and loss prevention procedures
Keep store clean and organized; support opening/closing tasks
Work collaboratively and attend team briefings
Required Skills & Experience
Strong communication and people skills
Customer-focused with a warm, professional attitude
Detail-oriented and accurate with transactions and stock
Sales-aware with basic upselling knowledge
Adaptable, quick to learn, and flexible with shifts
Calm under pressure; confident solving issues
Tech-savvy and numerate (POS, cash handling)
Physically able to stand, move, and lift during shifts
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Key Dates
PAID TRAINING: Your training plan will vary depending on your role. Training will take place on select dates between the end of October 2025 and the beginning of November 2025, training is mandatory.
LIVE EVENT: Tuesday 11th November - Wednesday 24th December 2025
