I live at home with my mum and brother and have a very supportive family network outside of the home.

I have Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and Autism but this does not stop me from wanting to become more independent, I need support to develop safety and awareness when accessing the community.

Having this support will help me build the confidence and skills I need to make decisions on my own, which will strengthen my independence in the future.

Along with swimming, I would like your support with other activities to help me become more independent. This includes going to the shops, McDonalds and learning how to handle money safely and confidently while I’m out in the community, and getting used to using public transport on my own for the future. We can discuss the days and times of support when we meet.
