Summary

This role serves as a key driver for supporting the East of England Provider Collaboratives mission to reduce inequalities and improve the outcomes of the learning-disabled population and autistic people. This role will facilitate a wider understanding of systems at various place levels within the ICS footprints across the East of England. The post holder will formulate recommendations to system partners at an executive level, to improve the experiences of CYP with LDA and share good practice across the region. The position will facilitate effective and constructive collaboration and understanding across regional sectors, aligning local initiatives with national frameworks such as the NHS Long Term Plan as well as building the right support. By providing leadership and championing evidence-based strategies across learning disabilities and autism, this role supports the delivery of personalized care and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the regional systems. The role will be key in ensuring the experiences of our learning disabled and autistic population for CYP across the East of England is central to driving our commissioning intentions. The post holder will actively participate, contribute and create system-wide quality improvement initiatives, focusing on areas such as reducing inequalities and improving patient outcomes for CYP with LDA.
