Summary
The successful candidate will receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service. They will undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice including the provision of clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the team. They will facilitate effective communication between patients, staff and other health and social care colleagues. At Kingswood Health Centre we have a predominantly online method of patient access so Reception staff duties rotate between answering/making calls, processing requests made online or covering the front desk. We believe this way of working is good for wellbeing and offers variety in the role.
