Summary
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Community Neurodevelopmental Paediatric Team by providing high-quality clinic facilitation services within the Childrens community outpatient setting , ensuring the smooth running of outpatient clinics and meeting the needs of children and their families . This includes liaising with appropriate staff to ensure seamless service delivery . Obtain childrens growth measurements and relevant observations to support clinical decision-making . Work independently without direct supervision from qualified staff , while maintaining the ability to escalate any concerns as needed. Develop and maintain strong management, organisational, and time-management skills . Act as a patient advocate, ensuring privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are upheld throughout the care process . Monitor and ensure patient satisfaction, proactively addressing andmanaging any issues that arise . *****PLEASE NOTE***** Essential qualification requirements are NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care which must include practical placements in acute patient setting (not online) and GCSE's Grade C or Above in English and Maths.
