Adhoc 11am - 5pm or 5pm - 11pm Saturday 11am - 5pm Sunday (shift times can change and be shorter but no more than 8 hour shifts). If you can only do Saturdays or Sundays or every other weekend we are happy to employ 2 people for a job share
Hourly pay rate:
£14.70
We're looking for a PA to join our team in Lewes to help out on the weekend (approx 5 - 12 hours.)
You will be assisting a friendly and independent woman in her 30s living with hEDS, ME and Autism.
You'll be working in her home and out in the community, helping to maintain a comfortable and engaging daily life.
Duties include:
- Other relevant duties as required
- Housekeeping
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Looking after pets
- Cleaning, tidying and general housekeeping
- Walking and feeding a small dog
- Driving to activities
- Support with make-up and hair
- Emotional and practical support
Candidate qualities:
- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
- Able to tolerate the employer smoking in the workplace
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Honest and cheerful
- Creative
- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
- Must be comfortable with pets
- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
