Summary
Job Title - Project Manager / Operations Manager
Salary - £350 - £375 per day CIS
Duration - 4 weeks initially with a view to extending
Location - Saxmundham
We are seeking a skilled Freelance Project Manager/Operations Manager to provide support to a Principal Contractor in a demanding role. This seconded position requires excellent knowledge in construction design, CDM (Construction Design and Management), H&S (Health and Safety), commercial aspects, and the ability to work effectively with high-profile clients. The role will be on-site full-time, five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in construction design, CDM, H&S, and commercial aspects.
• Work closely with a high-profile client to meet their requirements.
• Manage operations effectively to ensure project success.
• Oversee safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality results.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
• Relevant management certifications such as SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid.
• CSCS card for on-site work.
• Experience in water-related projects is beneficial.
• EUSR (Water) certification is desirable.
