Customer Account Advisor
Negotiable dependant on experience
Monday – Friday / General Office Hours
Wrexham
Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis to join their team. As Customer Account Advisor you will liaise with customers to resolve any complaints and disputes to find suitable solutions in a timely manner. This is 100% office based role.
Performance Objectives
• Dealing with a variety of initial queries, remaining customer focused to find the most suitable conclusion.
• Having a calm, level-headed approach to problem solving with an ability to make decisions that reflect a well thought out process.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
• Be confident in your ability to make decisions and provide an appropriate resolution to customer enquiries.
• Ability to manage a very busy workload through an internal CRM system.
• Engage in contractual matters with exceptional negotiation skills for the retention of our valued customers.
Person Specification
• The successful candidate will have recent experience in a similar role.
• Ability in finding solutions.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced busy environment.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving and diplomacy skills.
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and IT Skills are a must.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
